"Walking distance to checkpoint and near Komtar and City Square Mall. Reached hotel in the morning and left our luggage since room is not ready. Hotel lobby is very beautiful with many staff. There is a library and play area. Received a message around 1pm that the room is ready. However, we only reached back around 7pm and heard live singing at the restaurant. "Quiet and peaceful neighbour for a quiet retreat. "

"We're very satisfied with the apartment! It's new and well-maintained. Very clean and safe. It's within a short and easy 15-min walk from the JB Customs and sheltered all the way. A breeze to check-in and out! The only improvement which we hope to see is the provision of hand towel in the bathrooms and kitchen. Other than this, all thumbs up for a spacious and comfortable stay for us."

"Our room was located on the first flore and very very humid. The carpet was smelling a little. The price was good for Singapore and the our kids enjoyed the pools. We also liked having a big grocery Fairprice) onsite to buy our breakfasts there and save on restaurants costs. Free shuttle every hour to get to the closest train station is very convinient. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Rooms were relatively clean and quick access to many places in Tebrau and Mount Austin. Walkable distance to Aeon Tebrau and Toppen Mall. The lift door opens and closes very slowly (probably to reduce noise?). Don’t except room slippers or fridge due to the hotel class"
