"Stayed 4 nights. First of all I booked this hotel for it's proximity to many food options and good location. However, there are a few defects in the room which I like to highlight here. Firstly, the safe is not working on once I checked in, secondly the dressing table chair is dislodged and it is a safety hazard. Lastly the water basin is leaking but still manageable. Not being picky for the price paide but might be a major issue to picky travellers. "

"I received last min cancellation request from the property saying they have ceiling issue. No alternative replacement and solution given, and I have yet receive any refund from them. "

Choose Holiday Villa !

"I arrived early morning and Mr. Jagdeep was kind to let me have early check in to rest. Really appreciate. Reception staff all helpful and friendly, patient. It is not a new hotel but it knows how to run it efficiently and keep good maintenance and cleanliness. Location is fantastic to access all the goodness of the city centre. "

"Although location is quite near to Midvalley, walking there would take at least 15mins. There is no direct link to the mall. There is alot of food at the coffeeshop beside the apartment. Would be good if they can provide an additional access card as only one is quite inconvinence"

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. There's a laundry area that costs around 17-19 ringgit overall (wash dry cost of detergent) to use, and you can buy the detergent from the hotel. When I got to the room it was extremely damp, but turning the AC to dry helped this. The room was overall clean, but under the bed and above the hanging space is rarely cleaned. There are some water damage marks visible on the roof. Overall, you get what you paid for. Area is kind of out of the way but you can take a bus from JB Sentral to a stop around a 5 minutes walk away from the hotel."
