Very dated hotel. Bathtub was leaking. Phone in room not working. Qr code to request for services also solicited no response However the hotel is generally well cleaned. Service staff tried their best and was friendly. Location is good but KSL mall is not well maintained.

The iron board, hair dryer and fridge are not in working condition in the hotel. Other than that, i have no other issues.

Everything was Good except for the following improvement areas, 1) There sh be a seperate parking area for hotel guests 2) Drain basin sh be cleaned to ensure a regular flow of water 3) Power sockets sh come with USB ports for charging

A bit run down in some areas. Our shower head needed replacement, water leaking over the top. Cracked mirror in room (taped but not a great look). Otherwise good location with mall by reception, supermarket at basement level and good choice of food outlets in mall.

Check in went well and quick. Room was alright but there was dirty tissue/paper on the floor under the toilet sink. Both phones in the room were not working. But love the area around the hotel. Convenient and happening.
