Close access to KSL Mall

quite some procedures to follow to get access into unit. unit was clean and neat although shower needs to have better insulation from water seeping out. Check-in at 4pm, check-out by 11am and a late charge to be imposed every 15min block is the least desirable part of the stay. Good access to KSL mall.

We checked in at around 6:00 PM. The digital lock was not very sensitive, so some patience was needed before successfully unlocking the door. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets. Towels were provided, but guests need to bring their own toothbrush and toothpaste. The environment and cleanliness were excellent — the space was spacious, neat, and well-maintained. Before checkout, at around 9:00 AM+, we heard someone attempting to open the main door, which was a bit concerning. There is a mahjong table in the living room; however, there were no chips or dice provided. We tried to contact the host regarding this but did not receive a response.

Suitable if you value budget over comfort

Good for big families as there are four bedrooms. Note that only two rooms come with attached bathroom. A third bathroom for common use and a fourth bathroom behind kitchen and is too small to shower in. Location is convenient as just at KSL mall. However, getting in and out of apartment is inconvenient as we only had one access card when there are 10 of us. Need to pay deposit one day before stay and it is contactless check in or out.

Did not receive the check in details till very last minutes even I have emailed to the property in advance. Been stopped by the security as there is no car park label. Upon checking been informed it was lost. Wifi not working and worse whole family got locked out for almost 4 hours as the digital lock is faulty. The customer service has been helpful and trying to solve. Overall quite a bad experience this time round.
