"I had the opportunity to go to the lounge when I stayed in Voco Hotel. The staff, whom I saw the 2 days while in the lounge were awesome! They are Joo, Sheryl, Roy and Natasha. They were friendly and approachable - always attending to my needs where necessary. They would take the initiative to recommend and serve me drinks as I ate in the lounge, be it during tea break or dinner. They were also prompt in clearing the table as I was done eating. "The hotel was OK. We arrived very early morning and were advise that if we wished to check in there would be a fee which was fine but I found the fee a bit steep. When we questioned the fee we were told we would have a free upgrade to compensate the fee. However, my room was not a refurbished room and was very tired and outdated."
