"Rooms were relatively clean and quick access to many places in Tebrau and Mount Austin. Walkable distance to Aeon Tebrau and Toppen Mall. The lift door opens and closes very slowly (probably to reduce noise?). Don’t except room slippers or fridge due to the hotel class"

"We booked thru expedia at towards the end of the day 12am.. when we reached the hotel the staff told us the rooms were sold out. Made us wait for about 1 hour to wait for her to call the manager.. we were so sleepy just need a place to sleep.. she couldnt decide and not flexible by arranging another room for us. We were ok even if the room being downgraded. She even suggested us to cancel, it was booked the day itself how can I cancel? Who is going to refund? Partly is the system error and...
