"The unit we were given was great overall. Clean and spacious. However one of the bathroom doors wasn't installed properly and we had a hard time opening and closing the bathroom door. Also there was no microwave oven installed which I was expecting from a home-stay perspective. Food purchased outside could not be re-warmed. Other than that, the unit was great."

"blood stain.on.mattress bedsteet. basin leaking badly aircon control spolit tv not working . fridge so dirty . its a very unbearable experience . we have to book another plc to stay and spent 1 more time stay cost. "

"Safe and clean in this gated property. Premise is well kept, really very clean. Most basic amenities are provided Owner is hospitable and professional. What cam be better are the bath towels, they were course and far too thin. It wld also add value if there was wifi conmectivity ."

"Best location in Johor. Nearby all the food and shopping areas. Beautiful view and the rooms are spacious and clean. There is even a dining table, a living room and kitchenette for your cooking if there is a need to. Its pricey but it is worth the money for the comfort and feel of home"

"Generally, the unit is well-kept and well-equipped with oven, refrigerator, washing machine and hair-dryer. Kitchen ware was also available. "

"We're very satisfied with the apartment! It's new and well-maintained. Very clean and safe. It's within a short and easy 15-min walk from the JB Customs and sheltered all the way. A breeze to check-in and out! The only improvement which we hope to see is the provision of hand towel in the bathrooms and kitchen. Other than this, all thumbs up for a spacious and comfortable stay for us."

"Pls ensure guests are able to watch CNA (channel news asia) in yr TV program. This particular channel always freezes when we ‘channel surf’. Thru out all our previous stays, without fail, we have consistently given our feedback to your team duriing check out about not being able to access CNA, which I believe is supposed to be part of the listed channels for all your in- house guests’. "Walking distance to checkpoint and near Komtar and City Square Mall. Reached hotel in the morning and left our luggage since room is not ready. Hotel lobby is very beautiful with many staff. There is a library and play area. Received a message around 1pm that the room is ready. However, we only reached back around 7pm and heard live singing at the restaurant. Was surprised to see our superior room to be upgraded. Look like to one bedroom suite. Room is spacious with separate living room and bedroom, 2 toilets, 2 tv, work area, balcony, complimentary minibar. Next morning breakfast has many varieties. Pleasant to see live singing while eating breakfast. Highly recommended. "
