"It’s a beautiful place, the beach it’s amazing, facilities are refurbished and looks really nice, all the staff is so kind and helpful, pool is really cool. It’s a amazing place to spend great time with family or couple. The only opp to me are the drinks in the pool bars, taste is like the same no matter what you ask. Not the best ones. "

"A jungle like setting with lots of large trees and plants. Gardens are immaculately kept. Service by all workers is exceptional, very friendly amd gracious. They will help you anyway they can. Sincerely helpful, everyone is well taken care of no matter the catégorie of room. The food was very good, same with drinks and nice choice of non alcoholic drinks. Pools are very clean, ocean nice but bring water shoes due to some surprise to y coral and green bottoms which are perfect for seeing sea turtles and fish. Great snorkeling at the national park just next door. "

"We just spent 7 days at the TRS Yucatán resort and it was incredible! The property grounds were beautiful, and the attention to detail at this resort make a difference. Upon check in we were greeted by our butlers Gabriel and Belen in villa #70, and they made our vacation so much better. They made dinner reservations for us, booked us massages at the spa, booked us in for some evening shows, and were always quick and friendly with any questions we had. The pools were awesome, and we also enjoyed the private beach which had the whitest sand the bluest water! It was also nice to have access to all the amenities at the other 4 Grand Pallidium resorts that were next to TRS. The bartenders and restaurant staff were also great and provided superb service. I would highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for an adults only vacation."
