"Clean, comfortable, quiet, and such a lovely room with a balcony view that can’t be beat. The spa services were easy to schedule with the friendly staff (definitely get a massage while you’re there) and the location was perfect. We were a ten minute walk from the city center and felt both close to everything and far enough away that we could pretend to be locals. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to end our days in Tuscany. "

"What a beautiful place to vacation. It’s a bit outside of downtown but oh so quiet. The 23, 32 and 6 buses will take you to and from train station. C3 and C4 buses will get you around down by Duomo. We walked 5-8 miles daily, but that’s what we like to do. Florence is very clean compared to when I went as a kid at 17. "

"My family of 4 spent 3 nights. The manager had good communication and made sure we had what we needed. Maid service happened every night which was nice, but definitely not necessary. The floor was quite dirty and needed to be swept/mopped more often than it was."

Cons: check-in info was incorrect so I couldn’t check-in online, directions to b&b unclear, no communication over text or email, and was surprised that my rate didn’t include breakfast. We ended up paying 6 euro/person for breakfast. "

"The location is extremely convenient - close, but not too close, to the train station and walkable to a major sites in Florence. This was my second stay here and it lived up to expectations. The breakfast room has a fantastic view of the Duomo and the city - plus an excellent buffet with very good coffee. One nice, unusual amenity at the hotel is a complimentary minibar that is restocked daily. "
