"Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....

"The room I rented was ice cold when I walked in because of the air conditioning machine blasting cold air. The hotel staff said he couldn't do anything, then he managed to turn it off. It was about 12-15c in the room. Besides this negative experience , my stay there was good. Hotel staff very helpful ."

"The service here is absolutely incredible!! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable. The hotel itself is a former palace and the fresco in the breakfast room is worth the price of admission. There is an excellent restaurant across the street where we enjoyed a Florintine Steak Extravaganza. Get the breakfast- totally a steal. Location also perfect especially if you are arriving by train.
