"This is a special property. The balcony is literally right above the Piazza della Signoria and looks directly at the David reproduction and the Palazzo Vecchio. "The name was prominately displayed on the building so we had no problem locating the property. Reception is located on the second floor of a renovated building.This was not a bad thing, just different. There is a small elevator that made moving between floors easier.Staff were very accommodating with directions and assistance with transportation. Check in and out was fast and worry free.
