"Marco was friendly and explained a lot my first night there. Street is fairly busy during the day, you could use the traffic noise as an alarm clock. Room away from the front might be better. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of pastries. Comfortable bed, and good hot water in the bathroom."

"The hotel looks nice enough, but it is a distance to town. This would not have been an issue if the little restaurant down the street were open in the evenings. It is wonderful and the best food we had in Italy, but since tourist season is waning, they now close after lunch. We were told the hotel does not provide shuttle service on the weekends. "It was pleasant surprise as I arrived at this property as it was same day booking when my long standing arrangement with another hotel was cancelled. I was greeted by friendly smiles from Isabella that makes us feel welcome. Good services from Franklin and the next day Giulia the concierge has been nothing but outstanding.
