"This hotel was just lovely and I would go back in a heartbeat. Great location around the corner from the tube, major attractions, and shopping. Excellent breakfast buffet, lovely evening dessert and tea options, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and quick response to issues and requests. Service in the breakfast area was particularly excellent - Ramos went above and beyond!"

"We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle. "

"The location of this hotel is simply excellent. It is between Piccadilly Circus tube station and Leicester Square tube station. Shopping and dining options are all within walking distance. The hotel room is comfortable and staff are courteous. The bathroom is clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again."

"Amazing showers, minimal styling and super quiet rooms. A bit of a rabbit warren to get to your room, we had to lift bags up and down flights of stairs, the lifts didn’t service the area our room was in directly. Staff were very good in dealing with any problems or queries very quickly. "

"Ideal location. Most Westminster sites are walkable. Right next to Victoria station so easy access to buses and subway. The staff was very helpful. Great food at the restaurant and lots of other options close by. Room was clean and roomy given the central London location."
