"Excellent location that is a quiet hotel for London. While not the most modern decor, beds were comfortable and room room was clean."

"We stayed for 5 nights and our family came to join us for Saturday night and I asked if we could be close to their room and they gave us one opposite which was great. Many thanks to the lovely lady on the front desk who organised this for us. Good breakfast and nice coffee shop. Hotel is close to M and S and Selfridges and there is even an old London pub nearby. Good location for buses and rooms are nice too"

"We stayed here for one night as we had a early flight at 6:45 next day. we took the Pod transfer to Terminal 5, it was a bit pricey but it was convenient especially in the early morning. The property itself is a bit old and tiring. However it was clean in general."

"Pros: excellent location, room size good considering price. Rooms clean and well maintained. On site bar open late, with attentive staff. Front office staff very pleasant, even considering the high volume of check ins and check outs that happen each day. Near a metro station and across from Kensington Garden (we enjoyed the view of the Garden from our room on an upper floor). Suggestions: The Bar/Restaurant bathrooms get a pretty high volume and need to be cleaned more frequently...
