"It was a great experience at the Marriot Marquis San Diego Marina. The staff and services were great, the hotel is beautiful, clean, and conveniently located by surrounding restaurants and shops. Everything is pretty much a walking distance, which is a good thing because parking was tough. We paid ahead for parking and still had to circle the hotel lot for 30 plus minute until we found a spot. Once in the spot we decided not to move the car until checkout, in fear that we would not find a spot...

"Room renovations where ok. The TV was wonky. The carpet is too old. The food was excellent but I believe you can get breakfast if you book in any room. Bathroom was nice. The shuttle was excellent. "

"Love the facility however a ton of 10yr old soccer kids running around the lobby, bar and restaurant all evening unparented and doors closing all night. The night after they left was great. "

"Hotel lacks some basic amenities like clock, bathroom only has soap and shampoo, no other extra amenities like shower cap, earbuds. Hotel area does not feel that safe, especially traveling by metro and area around that."
