This place is a joke. Only one way in and out. Probably because it’s in a very dangerous area. I definitely don’t suggest walking around the property. Spa smells of chlorine. The worst part however is their customer service. No body is in charge and they keep passing responsibility to the “management “ who will be getting back to resolve your issues. No body ever calls back after multiple attempts! My so called vacation has turned into a nightmare. The opposite of relaxation! I’m so let down.

This stay ended up being a nightmare. The absolute worst I’ve ever been treated. I ordered spa service as this is a spa resort. However during the massage there was the very loud sound of drilling, banging and sawing just out front the spa service area. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk they apologized and mentioned that there would be a refund for the inconvenience. That didn’t happen! They have been and still are giving me the runaround about they need to clear it with management “who is on vacation “ never got back to me. I have called multiple times very politely asking for the resolution and always told to leave my number and they will call me back. Guess what, no call back! As far as the actual stay, I would say the place has a very uncomfortable feeling about for a so called spa hotel. And the hot tubs real of chlorine! So much for mineral spa after all the chlorine they use. They have there regular maintenance guys taking care of the chemicals. Not good! After all my travels from Motel 6 to Marriott I have never had a worse experience! Definitely not worth trying to save a buck.

This property is located just off an expressway and is centrally located to many attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing on site restaurants. Both of them had a great dining experience. We would definitely stay here again!

It was perfect for my one night stay. My room was clean and ready when I got there at 3:30 on a Friday. Nothing fancy and a bit dated but cute accent walls and lighting. Shower had excellent pressure. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. The pool felt like bath water which was very nice. Spa could have been a bit warmer. It was fine though. Note: there’s only one way into the property and that’s through the lobby so if you cannot get parking right in front you will have to drop your stuff off in the lobby first to avoid lugging everything. They did have luggage carts. There is ample parking as well. It was cool for the price. I’d stay again.

When i first pulled up i wasnt sure since i am used to newer looking, franchise type hotels. But i was very pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere at the hotel. Great courtyard area. Clean rooms...a little touch of the past. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again given the cost and quietness.

We heard thumping and pounding all night from neighbours. We had to unplug the clock as it was buzzing the whole time. The fridge FROZE all of our food that we bought and put in it as there is no breakfast or food at this hotel. The room is medicore for what you pay. We travel full time, and I would probably not return to this hotel again. There is a grocery store across the street, and some fast food alternatives close by.
