The walls are thin, we can hear running water from the next room, it sounded like it was raining :). The elevator signs are not very prominent especially when we were told the south tower elevator, we can only see the west tower sign. Front desk folks were excellent, we were allowed to check in early, thank you!

Our room was not acceptable our fridge was broken, spoiled our food take out. The hair dryer was nasty broken both needed to be replaced. We were there 3 nights never had house cleaning overflowing garbage cans ran out of clean towels.

The staff is nice and friendly, very helpful but besides that you get what you paid for. The free breakfast lacked options so don’t go here thinking you’re about to get a five star breakfast menu. The food is barely edible, scrambled eggs undercooked, it gives minimal vibes so expect the minimal. Transportation to and from the airport is also easy and convenient. The rooms are decent, nothing to rave about, you have your basic needs and that’s it. On a budget I would book this hotel again but if you’re balling, don’t bother. It’s too far from the main attractions in LA anyway so traveling to the attractions can become costly and a headache so pick hotels wisely.

It isn’t as close as the airport. Parking fee is more than the actual room night rate. It it is crazy. Ice machine wasn’t working. Only good thing was the polite lady at check in.

The staff was wonderful especially at the reception. I graded lower because our room smelled like cat sprayed n it could’ve been from the previous guest. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast but was turned off with the staff member dealing with the trash cans etc and them refilling the napkins with the same gloves. The rooms aren’t sound proof and it was noisy with drunk ball players yelling. Overall including the shuttle ride it was a potentially good place and fine staff. Employees were all very helpful.

The property was very clean and well kept. The staff were nice and helpful. Checking in was a breeze (fastest check-in ever)! When we called for shuttle pickup from the airport, he was very helpful and provided clear instructions. The breakfast spread was excellent. I would definitely book this hotel again.
