"Park Plaza Waterloo was a very nice stay. Nice room, friendly staff and good gym. Only downside the pool was freezing. It says on the sign 27 degrees but it was definitely not and a lot of people said the same whilst in there. Apart from this a very pleasant stay and would return for a good spot close to tube in London. "

"The room was very hot and we turned the heating off but the room didn’t cool down! Could of done with aircon as there’s no windows to open either but amazing view of Canary Wharf "

"Fantastic old building with character and charm. Very nicely decorated with London wallpaper etc. very large room overlooking the London Eye and river yet extremely quiet. The staff were amazing. So attentive. The Christmas decorations made us feel very festive. Absolutely loved it, made our trip even better. Will stay again and highly recommend."
