"Well situated to see London sights and very close to Tube Station. Food was very good both breakfast and evening meal. Good value for money. Lifts not always working and its a long way to 8th floor! Was told on arrival we had been upgraded along with our friends. They did have an upgrade and we didnt! Paid the same prkce, booked at the same time, arrived together so that was quite odd! "

"Great find for our trip to London. good location for exploring and in walking distance to many bars cafes and resurants. funky hotel and while the rooms are small, they fullfill everything you need and some clever tech to control everything in the room via the hotley iPad. will be retunring on our next trip to the smoke...."

"Our stay at the Park Plaza London Waterloo was fantastic. The location is ideal as it’s just in front of the Bakerloo Line, lots of buses around and just a tad away from Waterloo station. Lots of food options and very quiet and comfortable. The staff and facilities at the hotel were amazing, the room was super clean and comfortable, warm and cozy and the views were amazing. Breakfast was busy but nice and with plenty of options. We would definitely return to this hotel!"
