"We loved the onsen experience. We had never done it before and they had a “lesson” for onsen etiquette which was helpful. It was very clean and relaxing. It was nice to have a free ice cream every day after bathing at the onsen, and fun to walk around the property in our hotel robes. The only issue we had was 2 little kids running around and talking loudly in the onsen bath area which was disruptive, but not the hotel’s fault. "

" The staff were simply amazing. You could not pay more to get better then what we experienced down to every single employee of that hotel. The rooms were so clean, and artfully decorated that even my kids tried not to make a mess. I hope this level is maintained for a long time because we want to come back again. "We stayed overnight for an early flight. The hotel has a couple of dining options which were good. Shuttle bus was very convenient."

"Great in-room onsen"

"Everyone was very nice at this property. It is also attached to a mall, which was convenient. Down side was there was no where for the taxi to drop us off for a handicapped person and the dryers took forever to dry. Please allow yourself extra time when you are doing laundry. Otherwise we loved everything else about this property."
