"All the staff was amazing. Most speak some English so it's not that difficult to communicate. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful. The hotel itself was not far from Yokohama station and very conveniently located. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in Japan! Concierge went out of her way to promptly arrange parking and luggage storage tho we arrived hours early plus dinner reservations nearby. Monte Cristo breakfast (ham, cheese melt) was clincher.
