Every front desk staffs are very nice and very helpful. The breakfast buffet , they serve the same kind of foods every day! I can’t get my refund back because I booked on line. I suggest do not pay your breakfast in advance. Pay as you go.

Generally good but room far too warm.
Understand the hotel standard in Japan, but the room is a bit smaller than expected. The room temperature is too warm, and unfortunately it's central heating control and cannot turn on or off, not even to open the window slightly to ventilate some fresh cool air.

The room was clean and spacious. I asked for a nonsmoking room but the room and hallways had a lingering cigarette smell. The outside of the hotel looks nicer and less outdated than the room I got. I did not like that there was no AC I could control nor a window I could open. It was very hot and stuffy. I did like that there was a station and a Lawson right outside the hotel entrance.

1人でダブルルームに泊まりました。きれいな部屋でしたが、照明の操作パネルがベッドの足元側にあったので、使い勝手は良くないと思いました。浴室の洗面台の鏡が湯舟やシャワーの湿気で曇らないようになっていたのは良かったです。 1階にコンビニがあり、便利でした。 朝食も美味しかったです。

横浜市営地下鉄の伊勢佐木長者町の出口から直ぐで有る事、ＪＲ関内駅には徒歩5〜７分の立地に有りとてもアクセスの良いホテルでした。 アメニティーもフロント階のエレベーター付近に用意して有り必要な分を確保出来て効率的だと思いました。 但し、ホテル近くにコンビニしか無いので食事を済ませてホテルに行った方がいいと思います
