"The hotel is very Japanese classic, you need to take off your shoes and store it at the entrance. Besides that, it is great! The staffs there are super friendly; The hot spring is definitely top tier, with nature spring hot water in. Room is also Japanese style, room is spacious and cozy. The only thing that need to notice is that the area does not have much public transportation or taxi services, you can ask the front desk to call a taxi for you, but need to prepare additional waiting time."

"お正月に大人6名＋幼児１名で宿泊しました。広々とした室内で設備が大変素晴らしく、また、隅々まで清潔にメンテナンスされており、とても快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフの皆様の心意気が感じられる宿でした。国道から小道を少しはいった所だったので道路が除雪がされるのか少し心配したのですが、お正月でも朝から除雪車が来て道路が除雪されたので、問題ありませんでした。今後の改良点としては、玄関前の駐車場を２台分平らに舗装していただけたら、言うことなしです。ありがとうございました。"

"Exceptional hospitality, food, and amenities - It's a highlight of our trip. When we arrived at property, almost entire staff greeted us on the street by the entrance. Kaiseki meals were wonderful.
