"The outdoor onsen pool for kids to play is very good. However, we feel disappointed with the food. We had dinner at 6:30 (the last time slot offered by the hotel), at 6:50 some food already running out and no refill. I have visited Japan for many times and never seen this happens before. "Although this property is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the ski lifts, we were offered a pick up on most mornings and afternoons. Our driver Nao was always extremely punctual, friendly and helpful. He drove us over to East Mountain directly on most mornings. He also picked us up from the shuttle bus on our arrival and dropped us off with our luggage to the bus on our departure. Nao also supplied us with a hot pot one evening which was absolutely delicious!"

"外国人さん向けに作られてるのかなって感じの施設と説明会でしたが特に問題はなかったです。一歳の子供を連れて行きましたがオモチャがいっぱい置いてあってとても喜んでました。寝室は仕切られてるものだと思ってましたが完全にオープンで、大人ならよかったのですが子供だと寝にくくて困りました。 周りの森でも遊べるし、洞爺湖でも遊べるし、レジャーとしては最高です。子供がもう少し大きくなってBBQまでできたら100点です。(スパイス系大量にありました) 近隣にスーパーなどがないのでちょっと不便でした。もう一度泊まりたいかと言われると特には…ですが、面白い洞爺湖旅行ができました良かったです。"

"This is a beautiful property with lake Toya on one side and Yoteii mountain on the other. The rooms are the largest we have seen in Japan with a beautiful sitting area and large bathroom with a huge tub both overlooking Lake Toya! This made for excellent firework viewing from the room for the local festival. They also had a nice common area in the hotel with some tables, coffee, tea and hot water to use. "This place was our (group of 3) favorite during our travels to Hokkaido. It was much cozier than the pictures convey and the sauna was a welcome luxury after skiing and very snowy days. It was majestic to be able to walk to Ukimido Pagoda on a moody weather day, then come back to our cozy lodge.
