Good hotel shame about the restaurant

Hotel was fantastically located minutes from the train from the airport and all facilities were good but avoid the restaurant which did neither local nor international food well

Really love the hotel. I picked it because of its location near the train station as I was coming from Jakarta by train, then going to the airport (there is an airport train which takes 1/2 hour). The staff is extremely nice. The breakfast was fantastic… The pool was nice! Internet was reliable, bed comfortable, room spacious, TV had English news and movies. I would definitely come back!

ASTON, my favourite hotel.

Has been staying at Aston grp hotel many times. As usual, room, breakfast n services are excellent. Love their buffet bfast spread; too many choices. Btw, this hotel location is great. Very near the train station and the famous tourist attraction, Malioboro, is just a few minutes walk. Just love everything here.

The hotel is located very near Malioboro street and the train station. The staff was extremely helpful and even helped us organize an excursion ex-tempore which turned out to be the best guide we had all trip. The food at the hotel is good an reasonably priced, the spa was good as well and the pool area way underutilized so we got to enjoy it pretty much by ourselves. A definite plus was that instead of having small plastic bottles in the rooms they had water purifiers on the corridors which allowed for unlimited drinking water supply. More hotels should do this in warm climates and areas where you cannot drink tap water! The street noise could be heard inside the rooms quite clearly, but we were able to sleep nevertheless. If you are a light sleeper this might be an issue to note.

The room was spacious, clean and modern. Front desk and all staff were very friendly and polite. a wide range of breakfast spread awesome. Very close to train stations abt 5mins walk and walking distance to popular malioboro streets and other eateries shops.
