"Really nice place and near to the tourist spot. The room is spacious but its smells stinky when we enter the room. We request for air cleaner but does not available. We really enjoy the lounge. Its unlimited drink in the night time with a pika-pika and sweets food. Definitely come back here. But hope our next room smell’s ok. "

"My family loved our stay here! The staff is excellent kind and helpful. We loved the extra amenities! They have a sauna and cold pool, restaurant, bar, gift shop, laundry all you can eat breakfast buffet and indoor outdoor Onsen. We came to see Sapporo but didn’t want to leave the hotel. The room is stocked with water refrigerator coffee robes slippers hairdryer shampoo body wash conditioner 4 blade razors hair ties toothbrush toothpaste and more. Definitely want to come back!"

"This was an amazing stay. The restaurant downstairs, Audrey, served the best breakfast! We ate there almost every morning and loved it. The staff at the reception area were very helpful with providing me with information, services, and baggage transport. They were very skilled with English speaking customers and made our stay perfect! "

"Hotel was near the subway station. Within walking distance to a halal eatery. Restaurant at hotel lobby also had vegan options and there’s no pork in the menu. Hotel pillows were miserably small and uncomfortable though"

"I swapped hotels at the last minute for this one when doing my bookings. Overall, the hotel was in a great location, everything was very clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the room suited my needs. When I’m back in Sapporo, I’ll definitely stay here again."

"The East Wing Western Style rooms is conveniently located by the building morning and dinner buffets and also a 2-3 minute walk to the Grand Bath. The room size is also larger for the 2 twin bedrooms versus the queen size bedrooms. There is a 300 yen per person per day tax that needs to be paid separately at check in. Also they try to charge me an additional dinner buffet cost of 13,200 yen when I was checking out. It’s rather unusual because my room included the breakfast and dinner buffet, and they don’t advertise a separate buffet option if you choose a room without the buffet options. Overall an excellent stay experience."
