"Perfect hotel for Sapporo. Near the main train station and also Odori Park and Sapporo Tower. We loved the free coffee station and fireplace feature in the lobby area. The only improvement would be if they could add some hooks in the room to hang wet bath towels. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Where do i start? Staff support friendly. The room was the best that we had on our Japan trip. Super comfy bed and pillows. The Onsen was the most opulent on our entire trip. The only thing was that could have topped it off, was a higher room. We had a view of a brick wall. "

"The East Wing Western Style rooms is conveniently located by the building morning and dinner buffets and also a 2-3 minute walk to the Grand Bath. The room size is also larger for the 2 twin bedrooms versus the queen size bedrooms. There is a 300 yen per person per day tax that needs to be paid separately at check in. Also they try to charge me an additional dinner buffet cost of 13,200 yen when I was checking out. It’s rather unusual because my room included the breakfast and dinner buffet, and they don’t advertise a separate buffet option if you choose a room without the buffet options. Overall an excellent stay experience."

"My young daughter like the hotel! Cleanliness is top notch especially the spacious toilet with bathtub which is a plus point! Location is just within Odori subway station underpass with access to many food and amenities. Also odori park with the Christmas lighting is just 5mins walk away! The tv tower view is very charming. Recommended for all! Maybe the sign for the hotel is a bit too small and cosy as I tried to look for awhile before I notice the hotel 😀"
