"Beautiful room and hotel. We didn’t use the spa area. The room was spotlessly clean. The only thing I didnt love was the pillow seemed to be weighted with beans or some such. Quite comfortable to fall asleep in but a bit challenging to adjust overnight. We also used the parking (extra charge) - it was quite easy to access and very convenient. "

"Beautiful location close to Tanukikoji in the Susukino area. Staff are professional and helpful; staff also understand/communicate in English. To no fault of the staff, the rooms have an odd smell. This is most likely from the long history of the hotel. Usual wear-and-tear. The rooms are one of the most spacious I've been in while visiting Japan. "

"Overall, this location was amazing. Within a 5-10 minute walk from the main Sapporo station. We arrived first day in the rain and it was easy enough to find. They assist you with check in at a machine that prints out a key (colour coded for male vs female so that you can use the shared 'bath' on the property). Though we never used the shared bath, the parking was easy enough to get to (on the side of the building - not the front), the lounge had a microwave, water and coffee/tea. Property...

"The Park Hotel in Sapporo is great value these days. The cheaper rooms are a bit tired but if you get a park view room and include breakfast you will have a great stay. The hotel’s Japanese and Chinese restaurants are excellent and the surrounding Nakajimakoen park is beautiful. It’s my favorite place to stay in the fabulous city of Sapporo!"
