This was especially convenient as it snowed during my arrival and there is an underground concourse that took me to the corner adjacent to the property so that my luggage was minimally exposed to elements. "Great stay, a bit of walk to Sapporo station but great food around the hotel area. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room size is decent and they have baby cot upon request. You can monitor the laundry machine status from TV in your room. I can say laundry room is the hottest potato for this hotel. Public bath is another popular spot in the hotel. Breakfast might need to queue if you come down during busy hour, around 8-9 am. Food is great and baby friendly. I can see many babies and kids...
