"Great stay, a bit of walk to Sapporo station but great food around the hotel area. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room size is decent and they have baby cot upon request. You can monitor the laundry machine status from TV in your room. I can say laundry room is the hottest potato for this hotel. Public bath is another popular spot in the hotel. Breakfast might need to queue if you come down during busy hour, around 8-9 am. Food is great and baby friendly. I can see many babies and kids...

"My friends and I ( there were 6 of us) likes the apartment ( clear guideline for access, clean & quiet, and also not to far from Sapporo Station. What can be improved: 1. The instructions for the washing machine need to be update, to reflect the appliance that is the location now. 2.
