"Always enjoyed our stay at Emisia. Its comfortable and ticks all the boxes. Their location makes it more of a pleasant stay. Their breakfast is always generous with varieties. Their spa facilities is enjoyable and nicely managed. Their spas dining option is also a bonus. To relax in the spa's dining lounge after the spa is so relaxing. Their laundry facilities are recently upgraded, huge room with plenty of new machines. "

"Exceptional hospitality, food, and amenities - It's a highlight of our trip. When we arrived at property, almost entire staff greeted us on the street by the entrance. Kaiseki meals were wonderful. The second floor recreation room was a happy place to be -Zen garden view, delicious snacks, drinks, and late night soup... The rooms were clean and spacious. Onsen pools were nice, especially the roof top one. We look forward to our next trip there"

"Well located hotel right in front of the Otaru train station. Service is best in class. Onsen offers variety of choices including outdoors and indoors. 9 to 11 pm offers free ramen and ice cream. In the morning it offers free yogurt drink and welcome snacks. Little things add up to an unforgettable experience. My wife and daughter enjoy the stay very much. Also, it is 3 minute walk from fish market with lots of fresh seafood options. The whole town with many landmarks, museums, shops...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed to our accommodation. We were originally booked for two nights, but extended our stay due to the lovely amenities and helpful staff. The front desk staff went above and beyond; Ito-san helped us with booking a restaurant, and Ishigami-san helped us with extending our stay.
