"We reserved this hotel by reviews and we absolutely loved to stay here. Hotel room was a little bigger than other Japanese hotels and service was so good. I definitely want to stay here if I come back to Sapporo. I highly recommend to buy breakfast as you book your room. It is totally worth it. "

"The hotel is near Sapporo station. You can go to B1 and it was connected to the Sapporo underground shopping street and stations (JR, subway). And you can walk to Odori park, Tanukikoji in the underground no matter the weather is. I was surprised the public facility in Sapporo."

"Room is slightly small (I think this is normal in Japan) pillow is too flat for us (lucky they do have pillow menu) the bed is slightly too soft. Staff are friendly and polite. "

"The room is clean, spacious, very modern, comfy bed. Only 5-8min walk to the train station, very convenient. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Japan, highly recommend this hotel. Only downside, no gym facilities. "

"The hotel is located near by many places, so you can go to many places by walk. Also the hotel provides free shuttle to the Sapporo station and it is really useful. It is not a new hotel, but managed well. Breakfast is fine. Also it has oncen in the hotel."

"Hotel is about 2min to the nearest exit of Sapporo Station. A few convenience stores around the area and most importantly, a lot of day trips departs from the bus park that is diagonally opposite the hotel, which means u do not need to wake up super early to catch those buses for your day trips with Klook"

"Beautiful room and hotel. We didn’t use the spa area. The room was spotlessly clean. The only thing I didnt love was the pillow seemed to be weighted with beans or some such. Quite comfortable to fall asleep in but a bit challenging to adjust overnight. We also used the parking (extra charge) - it was quite easy to access and very convenient. "
