"Twin room was small and AC was too hot and I couldnt switch it off so lucky I could open the window to the -7c outside! Location was about 10 min walk from main rail station. Also about 25 min walk from Odori park and Suskino areas. Could barely fit one suitcase in the room, and that was only by putting it on the desk and restong it on chair edge."

"The hotel is very clean and the room size is adequate for two. Lack of a proper closet and drawers to store your clothing is inconvenience and a minus. The hotel is very close to the Sapporo Train Station and its connecting hugh underground shopping complex - within walking distance. There is a underground walking tunnel leading to a building right next to the Hotel - this is very helpful especially in the winter cold weather and snow. The hotel should emphasize that this underground walking...

"Self check in was very easy, and they gladly held our bags because we were early. Room was a little tight/small, but it was clean. We got a smoking room for some reason, so there was a noticeable (but not too heavy) smell of smoke. They provided a room and clothing spray, which was very thoughtful and we used it often. It's located very close to the train station so it was easy to get around. The free breakfast had a great spread of Japanese foods and some Western foods."
