There are better options for that in Tokyo at similar prices. If I was on a business trip and have meetings nearby, I would qualify this as conveniently located and fit for purpose. "

"I stayed at Villa Fontaine Hotel in Shinjuku for 20 nights with 2 adults in a queen bed room. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, and check-out at 11:00 AM. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station and subway, and just 5 minutes to the heart of Shinjuku with plenty of food and things to do. The staff were incredibly friendly, and their English was great. They even held our bags before check-in.
