"- You can’t use the spa services if you have tattoos, this I was quite upset about. With the onsens I can understand as it’s public, but a massage is private with only the one other person. But people with tattoos are ‘not welcome’ for those services. - Room was a good size, was worried about previous reviews but our twin room was great.
