"We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a nice blend of traditional Japanese and western needs. We loved the onsen (although highly recommend going in the afternoon around 5pm or later at night because it gets BUSY), the complementary massage chairs, ice cream, and drink machine with matcha latte. We also took advantage of the 9-11pm complementary ramen, a nice pre-bedtime snack. The room was very nice, clean, and a good size. The only thing we caution is that the mattress was hard...

"Well located near the Kyoto station. Surrounding is quiet and easy to move around. Experienced front desk service team. Shout out to Mr Konda and Ms Zeng Ping that made a very positive impression to my partner, patiently explaining and sharing detailed information of the restaurant selection, direction guidance, places of interest etc. Their level of English proficiency is above average which is a big comfort to English speaker. "The hotel is attached to Kyoto station so it is very accessible and the room was good and clean, plus the staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet was good too and close by is Porta where you can dine and shop. My only issue was the distance from the elevator to the room, supposedly the closest elevator was at least a couple of blocks walk, no joke, and my room was 19 out of 95 on the floor."
