"This is a very nice property. It has a lot of foreign travelers. We met many people in a tour group from Britain where we are from the USA. I really enjoyed the breakfast atmosphere. It’s quite relaxing and they played classical music. The breakfast was excellent, except the omelette was not well cooked. I don’t know if it’s just the recipe because every omelette is cooked the same way with egg still liquidy. My booking has free upgrade when available and even though they did upgrade my room,...

"The Granvia is an excellent hotel if you are coming into Kyoto on the Shinkansen. It is located right in Kyoto Station and is easily walkable to get there with luggage. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we are in Kyoto."
