A little tight, but well appointed and suitable for use. Clean, freshly decorated, well-appointed bathroom, excellent shower, etc. The bar area was buzzy with activity and the service was second to none. The drinks were great and the food was excellent. "

"Check in wasn’t great - there was no real reception and they kept phoning prior to the visit to see if there were definitely 3 people coming, when I had booked a triple room. Turns out they were doing work and we ended up with 2 doubles, which was fine, but don’t understand why they didn’t just say that in the first place. But good value hotel and very clean. Nice bar area."

"A fantastic find for our needs. The owner was exceptionally helpful. Central to the city. Great value for money. We had a great room. However a few things to make it better : 1- the oven/microwave didn’t work even after trying a few times. It needs a master in engineering to make it work. "Decent stay, the room was spacious and clean, but the shower didn't have any warm water. The bath in the room gave very hot water, but not the shower!! We did report this to the reception person as we checked out, but FYI - room 424 did not have hot water in the shower!"
