"We spent 8 nights at the President Hotel while we were in London. We had a wonderful time exploring, using the tube to get around to see the sights and shopping, it was very centrally located. We always felt safe and the hotel was clean and well appointed. The staff were all outstanding! The hotel was updated and clean. We’d stay here again for sure. "

"The staff were exceptional, friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and tidy, but had an adjoining room which must have been partitioned in the past. I could hear the person in the room snoring, coughing and talking loudly at 5am on the phone as though he was in my room. Request a non adjoining room if you stay here. Someone there also gave out my room number to someone who called without my permission then tried to charge me for the call they transferred to my room. Pedro was extremely...

"Great value for the money. Check-in time was loosy-goosy ("sometime after 3" which was in fact not the case). Pillows were uncomfortable. But, room was a good size and clean. For the cost, would definitely recommend and would return."
