"Great for ski-in-out. Decent size room, robes,etc. Room lacked adequate lighting and had NO mirrors except the dark bathroom. Breakfast was good but items in the buffet were not replenished. The head waiter was too prominent in constantly berating his staff. One night we told there were no tables when obviously there were plenty. Shower had good water pressure and ample room."

"Overall fantastic - views are second to none. The hiking around the area is unreal and it’s great to be there before the first train and tourists descend. Dinner was amazing and servers were extremely attentive. Only feedback is that for the price they could have proper coffee machines in the room! Small thing but in other cheaper hotels there were real coffee machines whereas this was cheap sachets… with nothing else around it would be nice to have a proper coffee. Everything else was amazing...

"Generally a good stay. However, we had a top floor room with a Matterhorn view and the shower head was located below my chest. I'm a guy so I am not typically really worried about things like this but it made for an awkward and uncomfortable shower experience. Breakfast didn't start until 7:30 and the charge for coffee from the machine outside of breakfast hours seemed unnecessary."

"Hotel Firefly was one of the most perfect hotels my wife and I have ever stayed in, truly! Upon arrival the front desk walked us around the property showing us the complimentary spa area which we used each day to warm up in the evenings. "I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The location is perfect. Close to everything in town and only a 10 minute walk to the Matterhorn gondola. The staff is amazing. They are very helpful and kind. The hotel is immaculate. The fireplace in the lobby is super cozy and provides a great spot for a cocktail before dinner.
