"We needed a hotel near the airport as we had an early morning flight and the Sama Sama exceeded our expectations. The hotel is connected to the terminal by a walkway and there is a complimentary buggy shuttle available if you have luggage. The same walkway connects the hotel to the rental car returns area so the whole drop off process was seamless. "Close to the airport and shopping outlet. However the hotel shuttle was a bit lack of flexibility and ran at very limited interval to the outlet. We found some staff were extremely friendly and helpful while some were cold faces and didn't seem enjoying customer service. Overall a decent stay."
