I even decided to stay an extra night, and the two young ladies at the front desk were amazing—they worked out a great deal for me. We truly love this place! It’s so close to RMNP, the views are breathtaking, and the room was perfectly clean. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone and can’t wait to come back! "

"We needed to change rooms and the front desk staff were more than accommodating and did not hesitate to honour our request. To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed. Can’t say enough about the friendliness and accommodating nature of the front desk person. "

"The front desk staff was wonderful in helping us resolve 3 problems - one was with our reservation; then they called to say we had left a cane in the room. It was one of our hiking canes. They have gone over and above helping us have an enjoyable stay, for which we are very thankful, especially since we were stressed because a family member was in hospital. "
