"Amazing location close to downtown - we wanted a place to just relax and enjoy !! This place has great coffee, great seats to watch the sunset or sunrise, and fire pits to make s'mores!! We will be back !! "

"We had a small lockout unit. It was small but okay for an overnight stay. The unit was well equipped but tight. The unit had a washer / dryer which was helpful. The front desk was helpful and polite. The only amenity that I saw were pools and a basketball court. The focus of the resort was golf."

"Place is amazing. Nothing fancy but definitely will have everything you need. Being from las vegas i am used to having heater and a/c which this place does not have. So it was a bit cold for us. Other than that this place is extremely spacious and has an amazing location. will definitely be returning."

"This is such a great property. We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s one of our favorites for a staycation. Would highly recommend. "

"Overall room & property is really nice but the check in is horrible. We had to check in different location then drive to where our room. We got lost on the way because the staff gave us incorrect info. Also no hair dryer in the room not very convenient. Overall I’m still happy but the check in needs improvement. "

"Property was in good condition and near a lot of great local amenities. We were not able to use the pool because there was no key provided. I asked about it but never heard back. Also, painters were working the first two days we stayed there and we didn't know that would be the case. That's probably a rare occurrence, though "

"To be fair, its the first time we stay at a houseboat so we didn't know what to expect. We just needed a place to sleep because we planned our two days to be out and about doing activities. Overall the place fitted our needs: we had the 3 beds we needed to sleep all of us & the mattresses were comfortable to have a goodnight of sleep. It was clean, we had the extra blankets I requested due to the temperature was going to get colder for the weekend and it was dog friendly. What we didn't expect...

"Modern and clean accommodation with wonderful view and access to hiking trail. Loved the close proximity to River Rock Roasting Co. An easy walk for sandwiches, pizza, pastries, coffee, and beer! The only negative is traffic noise. It’s on a busy street with pretty constant traffic noise. There is no sound screens by the road or between the buildings, so don’t expect to hear the sounds of nature while enjoying the views."
