we were charged a $80 destination charge on 2 rooms. $20 for food credit. We waited 2 hrs to be waited on our first Saturday evening and were never waited on. The destination charge covers parking..we had no rental, it covered 2 city bikes.. it was raining and far too crowded to even consider ...Ridiculous..waste of $320.00

Great stay so the Tempo. Wonderful smaller hotel right on Times Square with easy walking to everything! Staff is especially friendly and helpful. Willing to help with anything you need. Will definitely stay again.
