"All three adults enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The back deck was delightful. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. You are close to other boats but no one was loud. I’m a light sleeper so I wore ear plugs. There is a place to eat, soft live music and drinks next door. I would stay here again. "

"Excellent. I am in Florida for disaster relief. No other hotels available. The owner made sure I had a place to stay and helped with anything needed. Yes, you are staying on a boat however, they make sure you are able to get to your car at whatever time to make it to work at whatever time day or night with free overnight parking. I was a little skeptical at first with it being off of land and out of the ordinary but they made sure it was accommodating for me. They provided disaster relief free...

"Firstly, Cpt Ron is a sweetheart ❤. The original boat cookie B was unavailable so we stayed on the Kayla Leigh instead. Captain Ron is very friendly and informative, we enjoyed the stay and chatting with him and his lovely wife. It was my first time on a small boat overnight and it takes a little getting used to being a tall girl, 😁 outside of adjusting to the shower/toilet situation I had a great stay! Highly recommended and I would book again. "

For me Lazy Parrot offered the respite that I needed after dealing with the repercussions of Hurricane Ian in my Fort Myers Beach area. It happened to be a great visit with an amazing sunset followed by an equally beautiful sunrise. It was sort of a ying yang of God's divine tapestry......

"We get that this is a houseboat and the idea of it was fun, but this place needs a full clean down….lots of mold around the windows and on the deck, had a very musty odor! "
