"The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. When connecting to the internet, I was asked to provide a review. I provided feedback that I could hear the neighbours because there was an adjoining door between the rooms, and although I wasn't bothered by it, I mentioned that it would be good if the listings showed that some rooms had this adjoining door set up. Within minutes of submitting the feedback, reception called my room and offered to move me to another room. They were so lovely and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. When checking out they asked what I was doing for the rest of my trip - after mentioning where i was going, they provided me maps and advice to stay safe on my travels and to get the most out of my road trip. Would highly recommend this for your next stay in Lake Louise! "

"Main foyer was very cute , rooms were more old school- room was quite dark . Rooms smelt a little like smoke, but we later found out it was because they use a fire place to warm up the hotel. Hot pool was also very enjoyable "
