"Property staff was pleasant and very helpful and friendly. I booked this for our 1 year anniversary and the staff decided to make a sweet gesture by decorating our rooms with hearts. The location was always clean and very convenient access to the beach. Only negative is the all-inclusive drinks are bad but that's what you'd expect from places like that. "

The gourmet dining options are outstanding; we especially loved the authentic Mexican at El Patio and the Italian food at Portofino .The resort's location in Akumal is perfect for snorkeling with turtles, and we took full advantage of the beautiful beach and watersports. Evenings were filled with fantastic entertainment. Every detail, from the pristine rooms to the lush landscaping, contributed to an unforgettable stay. Highly, highly recommend!"

"Upon check in, we had a minor issue with our room not being ready on time. I did ask to speak to the manager on duty. The hotel manager Kevin was very accommodating and even offered us a special dinner to make up for the late check in. Gabriel, Our room concierge was also great. He was very attentive, helpful and went above and beyond to attend to all of our needs. He planned a romantic dinner for us to celebrate our anniversary. Lucia the manager at olio - was great. She made sure our experience was perfect. You can tell these guys enjoy what they do and take it seriously. I also want to give thanks to Estela at the front desk, Jeremias at preferred lobby bar. I highly recommend this resort. It’s relaxing, luxurious and the customer service is top notch. "
