"I REALLY enjoyed my stay at Turquoise. Diego was very friendly and was available anytime you needed him. My room was clean and comfortable and was a beautiful aesthetic. The pool, and dining area..oh everything was just perfect and calming. Only 5 mins away from the bus terminal for travellers and a lot of walking distance shops around. There is a bar/restaurant literally across if you want to go out for a drink. As my first time in Tulum, the hotel made me want to come back in the future and...

"This hostel is not organized..the people who work there are not trained properly and it is too laid back..you need to watch the price given and the price you pay...as they overcharged me..people were friendly enough but no activities are organized..it is not well run overall."

"The property itself was very nice inside the unit, definitely off the beaten path but for the price we couldn’t have asked for more, friendly staff even with language barrier. Unfortunately the pool was being filled at time of arrival and not available until the following day. There was confusion with our booking as I had received confirmation from Expedia and that I could pay upon arrival at property, however when we arrived they said we didn’t have a reservation as payment was not processed...

"Last year, we stayed in Puerto Morelos and had a better experience with entertainment provided during the day. We missed out on catching the nightly presentation, so no opinion there. Food and service was hit and miss. The fried fish at the seafood option was awesome. "

"We loved our stay at Xambé. The place was quiet and clean, we were able to walk to the local plaza to get some wine and local food. The infinity pool was amazing and it was empty almost everytime we went up there. 10/10 stay."
