"The coffee shop staff weren’t very kind but otherwise everyone was lovely! I got a stain on my eras tour hoodie and they let me use the laundry machines and gave me pods! So accommodating! And the dennys attached was awesome lol"

"Our stay could not have been better! We were here to see Taylor swift and the hotel had a bracelet making area in the evenings! I had my 9 year old daughter with me and the front desk staff was so friendly she would run over to chat with them every time we returned from an adventure. The hotel was so clean and the beds were so comfortable! We loved our stay!"
