Checkin was smooth, staff member exceptional. Suggested a dining option that worked out well for dinner. Perfect for a stay the night before a flight out of YVR. No problem getting a shuttle for a time that worked for us. Room was very clean. Great they serve breakfast before our flight.

Everything was Pretty decent and nice but i would recommend the hotel should improve their cleaning. Bathtub and towels were not clear and i found 2 small dead bugs on bed under comforter.

2 day stay but coffee pods for only one cup each. Not replaced next day. Heard every cough and conversation from the room next to me. Lighting system not very good and everything turned off and on with 2 switches. Found a tennis ball under a chair that would indicate cleaning is not thorough. Shuttle to airport was very good feature and the price was reasonable

I have stayed at Wyndham hotels across Canada and generally had good experiences, but Abercorn Hotel in Vancouver was a major disappointment. For a hotel under the Trademark Collection by Wyndham, I expected much better quality and service. The room I stayed in had a persistent bad smell, likely from the carpet or excess moisture. The coffee machine was filthy and had clearly not been cleaned, making it unusable. The bed was uncomfortable and made strange noises whenever I moved, making it difficult to sleep. On top of that, there was constant noise from the hallway throughout the night, which added to the frustration. Overall, this was a below-decent experience. With better maintenance and attention to cleanliness, this hotel could be much better. Until improvements are made, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
